'No fingers' is one of the contractors building the Tower of Life. During the quest, you must pickpocket him in order to obtain a pair of Builder's boots, there is a 25% chance to successfully pickpocket him.^[1] Players may pickpocket him to get a Triangle sandwich and 8 thieving experience. Rogue equipment does not give double loot when pickpocketing this NPC.

He says his fingers were chopped off, but have since been replaced with magic wood.
