Abandoned Equipment is found in the Underground Pass in front of the raised bridge. The equipment can be searched for an unlimited number of Oily cloths, which are used in the creation of fire arrows.
During the Underground Pass quest, and on subsequent trips through the Underground Pass, the player must use an oily cloth to create fire arrows and shoot them at the guide rope to lower the bridge.
