The Agility cape is a Cape of Accomplishment that may only be acquired and worn by players who have achieved the maximum level in the Agility skill, 99. Once players have trained to this level, they may purchase the cape from Cap'n Izzy No-Beard, located at the entrance of the Brimhaven Agility Arena, for a fee of 99,000 coins. When this fee is paid, the player receives both the cape and a matching hood.

Like all skill capes, the Agility cape gives +9 to all defensive stats, and also a +4 bonus to prayer if it is trimmed, which requires a separate skill at level 99. The cape is automatically trimmed if this condition is met.

When the agility cape is equipped, it will act as a substitute to the graceful cape, granting the same -4 kg in weight reduction and 3% increased natural run energy restoration; as a substitute, it will also grant the graceful outfit's set effect when worn with the other five Graceful pieces. Once per day, it is also able to restore the player's run energy to 100%, and provide the effect of a stamina potion for one minute.

This item can be stored in the cape rack of a costume room, as part of the Agility cape set, along with the hood. Ultimate Ironmen may be unable to retrieve individual pieces until the full set is stored.

As of 1 November 2020, there are 26,771 current members that have achieved level 99 in Agility.
