The Amulet of the Eye is an item that allows unlimited teleportation to the Temple of the Eye, just south of the portal. It is obtained by inspecting the tarnished locket and then showing it to Phileas the Lumbridge Guide.
The amulet can be recoloured using Abyssal dye (received from the Rewards Guardian) to a red, blue, or green colour scheme.
The amulet provides unlimited teleports to the Temple of the Eye and can be used as a banking method with low requirements.
If players die with amulet of the eye, it will be lost. Players can reclaim the amulet from the Lumbridge Guide.

- The amulet can now teleport players to the Temple of the Eye.
- The amulet can now be recoloured using abyssal dyes.
|
- When trading the locket for the amulet, the Lumbridge Guide provides a little backstory for the item. Phileas explains that the amulet had long been in the possession of his family, whose members had been initiated into the Order of Wizards for generations.[1] The eye-shaped amulet displays the symbol of the Order of Wizards, which long ago built and oversaw the Temple of the Eye with the aim of protecting a powerful artefact.[2] The order had long since given up this task, leading the history of its symbol to become obscured, until the player is able to confirm its origins after re-discovering the temple.
- If players wish to obtain multiple amulets for collection purposes, it's possible to do so by attempting to destroy the amulet on a Free-to-play world, this will drop the amulet to the ground and players can reclaim another from Lumbridge Guide, allowing the player to pick up the one that was dropped to have multiple.
- ^ Lumbridge Guide. Old School RuneScape. "Ah, but that reminds me, I was not the first in my family to join the order. This amulet was passed down from generation to generation."
- ^ Lumbridge Guide. Old School RuneScape. "[Player: It's called the Temple of the Eye. It was built by Saradominist wizards long ago to house a powerful artefact. (...) You've heard of it?] Only stories, of which there are very few. Still, I always believed them to be real. After all, why else would an eye be the symbol of the Order of Wizards?"
