Anglerfish detail.png

Anglerfish are a members-only fish that require a Cooking level of 84 to cook. The amount that anglerfish heal is dependent on the player's Hitpoints level. At level 99, an anglerfish will heal 22. Anglerfish can also heal above maximum Hitpoints (making the maximum Hitpoints possible 121). Overheal does not apply in PVP combat, for players who have recently been in PVP combat or for players who have been attacked by another player in the last 10 seconds. Considering anglerfish heal 22 at 99 Hitpoints and can boost above the base Hitpoints level, they are considered one of the best foods in the game.

Players stop burning anglerfish at level 98 with cooking gauntlets, 99 with the Cooking cape equipped, or 93 with cooking gauntlets and Hosidius kitchen. Burning anglerfish will result in a burnt anglerfish.
