Antidote++ (or Antipoison++) are made by mixing irit and magic roots in a vial of coconut milk, requiring 79 Herblore and giving 177.5 Herblore experience.

Antidote++ potions cure poison and provide the second longest possible immunity to poison, which is 12 minutes (anti-venom+ provides immunity to poison for 15 minutes). This makes them far more useful than other types of anti-poisons, eliminating the need to drink constantly.

Drinking 2 doses of Antidote++ will cure venom. The first dose will reduce the venom to poison and the second will remove the poison.

Antidote++ is used to create anti-venom. This can be done by adding Zulrah's scales into it, requiring 87 herblore.
