The Ardougne teleport scroll is a quest item reward in Plague City. It is obtained from Edmond after completion of the quest.

When read, players will be able to cast Ardougne Teleport spell (requiring level 51 Magic), although reading the scroll itself does not have a magic level requirement. Players do not need to read the scroll to use the Ardougne teleport tablet.

Duplicates can be drop tricked by talking to Edmond to acquire another. After reading the scroll for the first time, players will not be able to duplicate any more scrolls. After reading the scroll for the first time, reading any additional scrolls will explode on use, converting into ashes.

The scroll explodes.
