Armadylean Decree is a combat-type fragment that increases enchanted bolt activation chance when wearing Armadyl items in the Shattered Relics League that may be obtained from breaking a tier 4 unidentified combat fragment.

This fragment counts towards the Double Tap and Absolute Unit set effects.

Level	Effect
1	When wielding four Armadylean items, enchanted bolt effects have a 25% increased chance to activate.
2	When wielding four Armadylean items, enchanted bolt effects have a 50% increased chance to activate.
3	When wielding four Armadylean items, enchanted bolt effects have a 100% increased chance to activate.
