Arnor is a resident of Etceteria, a small Fremennik settlement in the Lunar Sea. Arnor can be found near the island's bank, and plays a minor role in the Royal Trouble quest.

Prior to the addition of Royal Trouble, Arnor was level 1 and, when killed, dropped only bones. However, with the addition of Royal Trouble, he and several other residents of the island were made non-attackable.
