Barfy Bill is a pirate located in Lumbridge. He explains basic information about the various canoes you can make at different Woodcutting levels. He also tells players that in order to use the transportation method of canoes, they must first cut down the tree next to the canoe station and shape the fallen tree on the canoe station, all with the Woodcutting skill. He is one of the five canoe instructors.
