A bell is located outside of the Wizards' Guild, used in the The Hand in the Sand and Zogre Flesh Eaters quests. When rung, it spawns Zavistic Rarve outside of the Wizards' Guild, allowing players to complete The Hand in the Sand and Zogre Flesh Eaters without level 66 Magic that is normally required for entering the Wizards' Guild.
