Belona is the owner of the store Mining Guild Mineral Exchange in the Mining Guild. Players can right-click her to toggle whether or not they wish to receive unidentified minerals whilst mining in the pay-to-play mining area.

She will also combine mining gloves and superior mining gloves into a pair of expert mining gloves for a price of 60 unidentified minerals.

With the completion of the Falador Elite Diary, she will grant the player access to the diary-only amethyst crystals mining area west of the bank. The player must ask what Belona can offer and complete the dialogue in order to gain access to the western cave.
