Birthday cake (Mobile Anniversary) detail.png

The birthday cake is an item obtained from the large cakes in Varrock Square in commemoration of the first anniversary of Old School RuneScape Mobile. Eating the cake heals six hitpoints. There is no limit to the number of slices players can take from the fountain, aside from inventory size. While they are tradeable, they cannot be sold on the Grand Exchange.

Taking a slice from the fountain for the first time after logging in causes the chatbox to display a message: "You can take this slice of cake just about anywhere with you, just like OSRS Mobile!"

Players using the desktop client can right-click the cake and click the "Learn-more" option, which prompts a confirmation message to open this link in the player's browser. If players select the "Learn-more" option on the mobile version, the chatbox will state "You are currently playing on mobile. You seem to know what you are doing!"

Varrock Square's fountain transformed into four giant slices of cake.
