Blood Barrage

Blood Barrage is an Ancient Magicks spell requiring a Magic level of 92. It has a base max hit of 29 damage, though this can rise with the use of equipment such as staff of the dead, occult necklace, Slayer helmet (i), ancestral robes or tormented bracelet. As with all Burst and Barrage spells, this spell hits in a 3x3 square area up to nine targets.

Blood Barrage will recover the caster's Hitpoints by 25% of the damage inflicted. If plentiful Magic damage-boosting equipment is worn, one could recover around 11 Hitpoints from one target, and 99 Hitpoints from nine targets.

This spell is sometimes used alongside various other Barrage spells, such as Ice Barrage, in multi-combat PvP activities. This method is normally used by players with high Magic, Defence, and Hitpoints levels, along with a large amount of coins (due to the expense of using Ancient Magicks).

The spell is also occasionally used by players to extend longevity at a dangerous location. In the God Wars Dungeon, Blood Barrage is ideal for healing on bodyguards, such as Tstanon Karlak and Zakl'n Gritch in K'ril Tsutsaroth's chamber, as well as on Flight Kilisa and Flockleader Geerin in Kree'arra's chamber after their corresponding boss is defeated, to conserve supplies. Some players also use it on Spinolyps at Dagannoth Kings.

As with all Ancient Magicks spells, the quest Desert Treasure must be completed to cast this spell.

Remember, you cannot use Lunar spells, Standard spells, or Arceuus spells if you are using Ancient Magicks.
