It can be received after the Swan Song quest from Malignius Mortifer, located north-east of Rimmington and south-east of the Crafting Guild. A brown apron can be obtained from the Tool store 3 built in the Workshop of a player-owned house.

The apron can also be purchased from Thessalia's Fine Clothes store in the centre of Varrock for 2 coins.
