Burnt bird meat is the result of accidentally burning raw bird meat while attempting to make roast bird meat. Cooking a roast bird meat requires 11 Cooking, and burning it will become less common with a higher Cooking level.

The burnt bird meat has no use whatsoever. Like most other burnt food, it is tradeable to other players but not on the Grand Exchange.
