The Burnt chompy is an unobtainable variant of the ruined chompy that was released alongside the iron spit.
Presumably, it was intended to be the result of failing to roast a chompy on an iron spit, with the ruined chompy remaining a quest item only obtainable from using the Ogre spit-roast. For whatever reason, it was decided to make the iron spit give the quest variant everywhere.
