The cake is an item that is used for the post-2020 Easter event pseudo-quest, The Rabbit's Assistant. It can be found at the Rabbit campfire at the north-west corner of Bunbridge, and is one of three ingredients players must give the Rabbit Chef.
While it shares the same appearance and examine as a regular cake, it cannot be eaten.
