Trivia[edit | edit source]
The smaller pillars in the graveyard contain Japanese phrases, which are turned upside down.
- "彼が死んだ" - "He died."
- "猿も木から落ちる" - "Even monkeys fall from trees." (a Japanese proverb)
The larger monument is mixed with Traditional and Simplified Chinese words, which are also turned upside down.
- "一騎当千万式戦争" - "One rider can battle in thousands upon thousands of battles."
- The phrase could also be translated as "A style of war where a single rider equals thousands upon thousands."
