Chemical compound is a quest item used in The Dig Site quest to blow up bricks blocking the path below digsite. It is used with bricks and is lit with a tinderbox. It is made by combining nitroglycerin, ammonium nitrate, ground charcoal and arcenia root. Creating the compound requires Herblore level 10 and provides a total of 7.5 Herblore xp. People with Dharok's may drop this as the set effect lets the player hit harder on low health.
Warning! You take a large amount of damage if you drop the vial!
You will take a 65 damage down to a minimum of 1hp. Dropping the vial will never kill you. If you are on 1 hp and drop the vial your player will shout "Ow! That really hurt!" but a "0" hitsplat will appear.
