The chest inside the exam centre contains a Specimen jar which is needed to search the specimen tray during the Digsite Quest. It can still be opened after the quest is completed. However, more specimen jars can only be obtained from the south wall cupboard at the exam centre and the following message will instead be displayed in the chat box: You search the chest and find nothing
