A child's blanket is a quest item in the Monk's Friend quest. Brother Omad asks the player to retrieve it from a gang of thieves in the Clock Tower Dungeon located beneath the stone ring south of the Clock Tower, where a ladder mysteriously appears upon entering the circle. The child's blanket is found on a table in the room just south of the ladder.

After the quest is complete it can reobtained, but it has no use.
