The Confused barbarian is an attackable barbarian NPC that makes his home in the Ancient Cavern, near the Baxtorian Falls. Inside the Ancient Cavern it is located in one of the alcoves near the Brutal green dragons.

The interior of the alcove is commonly mistaken to be a safespot, though there is one square within the alcove where the Brutal green dragon nearby can't attack the player with melee.
