The Cooking range also referred to as Cook-o-matic 100 by the Lumbridge Cook (more commonly referred to as the Lumbridge Castle Range or simply the Cook's range) is a cooking range that can be used by any player who has completed the Cook's Assistant quest. It is located on the ground floor[UK]1st floor[US] of the Lumbridge Castle, in the kitchen close to the staircase leading to the 1st floor[UK]2nd floor[US] of the castle.
Due to the special properties of this range, players will stop burning specific foods (see list below) at a level lower than what the required level is to stop burning them, most notably mushroom and botanical pies. This makes it particularly popular for players who don't have access to other cooking ranges or have the cooking cape worn.
Burn level[edit | edit source]
The range can reduce the burn chance of the following foods:

Trivia[edit | edit source]
- The range is referred to by the Cook as the "Cook-o-matic 100", but in RuneScape it's referred to as the "Cook-o-matic 25" by the cook-o-matic manual. It is unknown why this is inconsistent.
