The Crystal bridge appears after the completion of The Eyes of Glouphrie quest. It is located in the deepest part of Brimstail's cave.
The Crystal bridge leads to the Crystal bowl, in which can be used to charge a Crystal saw seed back into a Crystal saw by using the Sing-crystal option on the bowl.
