A drake's claw is an item obtained from drakes found within the Karuulm Slayer Dungeon. It can be combined with the boots of stone to create the boots of brimstone, which has increased stats and can also protect players from the extremely hot ground within the dungeon.

A player uses a Drake's claw on some boots of stone, turning it into brimstone boots.

When attempting to create the boots of brimstone, a warning will appear in the chatbox stating that the process cannot be reversed, and a confirmation will appear afterwards asking if players would like to proceed with the alchemical combination. Should the player confirm, the chatbox will state You successfully combine the Boots of stone and Drake's claw to create Boots of brimstone.
