An elven signet is a unique ring obtainable only from crystal implings. When worn, it offers a 10% chance to not use a charge when using crystal equipment, excluding the blade of Saeldor and the bow of Faerdhinen.
The signet can be combined with a celestial ring at a singing bowl, alongside 100 crystal shards and 1,000 stardust, to create the celestial signet, which combines the effects of both. Doing so requires level 70 Smithing and Crafting; if the player does not meet the Smithing and Crafting requirements, they can have Conwenna or Reese sing the crystal for them for an extra 50 crystal shards, for a total of 150.
