A Fang is an item used in The Fremennik Exiles quest. It can be found by searching the rocks west of the sandpit in Rellekka. It is given to Freygerd along with the unsealed letter and venom gland as evidence of basilisks plotting to attack Rellekka.

When the player investigates the fang, they will say "This seems to be the fang of a relatively small creature. It's absolutely soaked in venom."

The item's model appears to be based off the magic fang, without the purple orb.
