The Fossil Island Volcano (marked Volcano on the world map) is a volcanic outcrop found on the eastern coast of Fossil Island. Periodically, there are volcanic eruptions shooting balls of lava out of the volcano. If one hits a player, it can inflict minor damage.

The entrance to the Volcanic Mine can be found here. In addition, there are also many ash piles found throughout the volcano, which can be mined for soda ash and volcanic ash.

Near the volcano, the Fossil Island mine and the Verdant Valley can be found.
