Fruit batta detail.png

A fruit batta is a food item that heals 11 hitpoints when consumed. Players can make one via gnome cooking at level 25 Cooking and gain 150 experience points in doing so.

To make a fruit batta, players need to use Gianne dough on a batta tin, and bake it on a range. They must then add orange chunks, lime chunks, pineapple chunks, and four equa leaves. They must then cook it on a range again and finally add gnome spice.

This item of food is an order in the Gnome Restaurant activity, and may also be obtained by an order through a Reward token (Gnome Restaurant). Many players may make this along with other Gnome Food, therefore only leaving the job of delivering the food, in hopes of getting a unique gnome item.

Players may buy Premade fruit batta from Gnome Waiters in the grand tree. However, these cannot be used for the Gnome Restaurant activity.

Cookbook Recipe[edit | edit source]

This is the direct recipe found in Gianne's cook book:

Prepare Gianne dough in a batta tin as normal. Bake the dough for a short while. Top the batta with chunks of pineapple, orange and lime. Lay four sprigs of equa leaves on top of the batta before baking it in the oven once more. Finish the batta with a sprinkling of gnome spices.

Battas are normally a savory dish, and the fruit batta is definitely an acquired taste.
