The ghoul champion scroll is an extremely rare drop from ghouls. It contains a challenge from the Ghoul Champion. In order to be eligible to receive the scroll, players must have 32 quest points.

By bringing this scroll to Larxus in the basement of Champions' Guild, players may fight the Ghoul Champion as part of the Champions' Challenge minigame. During the fight, players can only wield weapons.

Players could use the dwarf multicannon combined with the toxic blowpipe and high ranged accuracy equipment in the Salve Graveyard, west of Canifis, to achieve around 750 kills/hour. The graveyard is a single combat area, but by safespotting and utilising the cannon it will act as a multi combat area.
