The grail bell is a quest item in the Holy Grail quest. It spawns just outside of castle in the Fisher Realm. When the bell is rung near the castle, a message will appear in the chatbox saying Somehow you are now inside the castle. and the player will enter the castle. You cannot get another Grail bell after completing the quest.
