Hell cat ears are a head-slot cosmetic obtained as a reward from the 2020 Birthday event. They can be obtained by using the right-click 'chase' option of regular cat ears while near Hell-Rats.

While the hell cat ears are a free-to-play item, there is currently no known way to transform the cat ears into hell cat ears on a free-to-play world.

This item can be stored in the toy box of a costume room.

Special interactions

• Attempting to pet a stray dog while wearing them gives the message He doesn't approve of your ears., after which the dog will flee.
• Talking to a cat with them equipped gives the message "UwU?".
• Talking to the Sphinx enables a string of dialogue involving cat puns.
• Talking to Gertrude with the cat ears equipped gives additional dialogue where she thinks the player is a cat and offers them a sardine.
