Hooded Figures are agents of Lord Iorwerth, who are sent to kidnap the player and Elena after he receives word of the revolution in both West and East Ardougne and overthrowal of King Lathas. They appear just as the execution of the king has ended and both the player and Elena are still focusing on it, knock them out and bring them both to Lord Iorwerth's camp in Tirannwn. Their identities are never revealed.
