The item list is a quest item given to the player during the Mourning's End Part II quest by a dwarf named Thorgel at the end of the puzzle in the Temple of Light. Thorgel will give the player a Death talisman if the player delivers all of the items on the list to him.

There are 50 items on the list in total, so players must make a minimum of two trips to deliver them all. Players should remember to turn the mirror towards the cyan door if you're travelling through the Temple of Light to Thorgel, otherwise they will lock themselves out.
