The ivory comb can be found during the Pyramid Plunder minigame in Sophanem. It is the lowest value loot that may be discovered, and is found only in the first two rooms of the pyramid.
It can be sold to Simon Templeton at the Agility Pyramid for 50 coins.
24 ivory combs can be used to recharge the Pharaoh's sceptre.
