Jarvald is a Fremennik sailor who sails players between Rellekka and Waterbirth Island. If the player has not completed The Fremennik Trials quest, they must pay 1,000 coins for a trip. However, if the player has completed the quest, they may sail for free.
He is located on the western most dock in Rellekka.
During The Fremennik Exiles, Jarvald will reluctantly transport you even while you're exiled.
