Karambwanji detail.png

Karambwanji was a food item that required a Cooking level of 1 to be cooked, by using a raw karambwanji with a range or fire, granting 10 Cooking experience. When consumed, a Karambwanji healed three hitpoints.

Only raw karambwanji can be used as bait when fishing for karambwan. They can be caught by players in a small pond south of Tai Bwo Wannai with a small fishing net.

When a karambwanji was burnt, it turned to ashes in the player's inventory and the player received the message "You accidentally burn the karambwanji to ashes."

Changes[edit | edit source]

Date Changes
22 May 2014
When you eat a karambwan or karambwanji during combat, the fish no longer blocks you from taking damage for a moment.

Trivia[edit | edit source]

  • All existing karambwanji were converted into raw karambwanji in an update on 10 August 2017, as the raw variant was made stackable. This was done in order to prevent creating a stackable food source.
