Karamthulhu is an unobtainable item released alongside the Rum Deal quest. It is very similar to the obtainable karamthulhu item, but has a different inventory icon, value, and examine text. While its examine text suggests it was intended to be linked to the unreleased Karamthulhu pet, the pet NPC was linked to the obtainable karamthulhu item instead, leaving the purpose of this one unknown.
