Lizard men were occupants of the Realm of Memories during the 20th Anniversary event. While they were mentioned in a Behind the Scenes article on 31 March 2004 as a future update, they were ultimately never released.

Lizard men previously appeared in the 2014 Birthday event and 2014 April Fools. They were superseded by Lizardmen found in Great Kourend, whom their examine references.
