The lumbridge painting can be built in the Landscape space of the Quest Hall in a player-owned house. It requires 44 Construction to build and when built, it gives 314 experience. The player must have a hammer and a saw in their inventory to build it.

The painting can be bought from Sir Renitee for 2,000, but only if Sheep Shearer, The Restless Ghost, Cook's Assistant, and Rune Mysteries are completed.
