Milky nettle tea is made by using a bucket of milk on nettle tea. It can be used on an empty cup to make a cup of milky tea. Despite the change, milky nettle tea heals three hitpoints, the same amount as nettle tea.

Milky nettle tea is given to the Old Crone during the Ghosts Ahoy quest to allow her to remember her time as an apprentice of Necrovarus.
