Zaff will sell battlestaves under-price to players every 24 hours, resetting at 00:00 GMT. The number depends on how many of the Varrock tasks the player has completed: 15 staves with the easy ones completed, 30 with the medium, 60 with the hard, and 120 with the elite tasks completed.

The profit above is based on the elite tasks being completed.

Teleport to Varrock through the Varrock Teleport, enter Zaff's store north-west of the Square, buy the noted staves, and either bank them or sell them immediately. It could be helpful to wait a few weeks and accumulate staves and then sell them in bulk, as battlestaves have a low Grand Exchange buying limit, and many crafters will pay extra to get a lot of staves at once.
