Theatre of Blood (Abyssal Tentacle)
The profit rate assumes 2.5 kills per hour in quads with 0 deaths. Your actual profits may be higher or lower depending on your actual kc/hour, your group size, the number of deaths per raid and luck. Fairly efficient gameplay is required to achieve 2.5 kills per hour, but up to 3 kills per hour can be achieved with very good gameplay in these setups. For less efficient teams, 2 kills per hour is realistic. The supply cost given is the average supply cost for each role (Mage, Melee Freeze, Ranger, Melee).
Most of the profit from Theatre (nearly 90%) comes from the raid's unique drops. The chance of a unique being received is 10.99% for a deathless raid regardless of group size, and is decreased for every death and per skipped room (which is 0 for nearly all raids). Upon receiving a unique drop, it is given to one of the players in the raid at random (with the MVP having a higher chance). The weighting for unique drops is:

This page assumes that you are using an abyssal tentacle for melee, a toxic blowpipe (with rune darts) for ranged, and a toxic trident for magic. Players using a scythe of Vitur will have a higher cost in supplies through the extra cost of blood runes and vials of blood; however, they will be able to complete more raids per hour which will offset the cost.
