The monkey skull is an item found in the Temple of Marimbo Dungeon under the Temple of Marimbo on Ape Atoll, in the western room packed with Monkey Zombies. There is a Bamboo Door separating this room from the rest of the dungeon, which can be opened. In order to open the door, players need to have completed the hard tier of the Western Provinces Diary.

This skull can be used to create an ancient gorilla greegree that allows the player to transform into an ape similar to the bearded gorilla greegree, with a blue face.
