Mouse toy detail.png

The mouse toy is a fun weapon obtained from Bob the Cat after completion of the quest A Tail of Two Cats. Occasionally, if the player wields the toy and has a pet cat following them, the cat will say "Meow" and perform a pouncing animation at it.[1]

The attack animation is similar to the abyssal whip. When it is used to attack, it makes the same noise as a rubber chicken "whacking" someone. This item is not commonly seen, as its damage and accuracy bonuses are noticeably poor. However, it is often used in fun weapon duels at the Duel Arena.

If lost after the completion of A Tail of Two Cats, the mouse toy can be re-obtained by talking to Bob the Cat with an amulet of catspeak equipped. A quick way to find Bob is to hop worlds at the anvils south of the west bank in Varrock, as he can often be found there.

If lost after the completion of Dragon Slayer II, the mouse toy can be re-obtained by searching the closed chest in Unferth's house east of the castle in Burthorpe.

I don't believe it'll do anything else."
