Noctillion Lugosi is a vampyre found in the western area of Darkmeyer, in front of the bank. He can be pickpocketed at 82 Thieving.

He is one of the best Vyres to pickpocket once he enters the bank, as players can close the door and withdraw food. However, players should be wary of other players coming inside to use the bank.
