Nuff's certificate an item obtained by searching the shelves in Fairy Nuff's grotto during the quest Fairy Tale II - Cure a Queen. According to this certificate, Nuff got her degree at the PoxStead College, and got this certificate from the Head of Magical Healing at the college, Dr Foster.

It needs to be in the player's inventory during the quest in order to access the Fairy Queen's hideout using the Fairy ring code sequence AIR, DLR, DJQ, AJS. If lost, it can be re-obtained by searching the wrecked shelves in Fairy Nuff's cottage in the North West of Zanaris. After the quest has been completed, Nuff's certificate no longer needs to be in the inventory to access the hideout and can be destroyed to save space.
