The oak blackjack is a melee weapon that has no level requirement to wield and is mainly used to knockout certain NPCs. An oak blackjack can be obtained by completing the blackjack section of the Rogue Trader minigame or from Ali the Operator during The Feud quest. When fighting with a blackjack, there is a slight chance to stun the opponent.

There are three NPCs that can be knocked out: Villagers, bandits and Menaphite Thugs, all located in Pollnivneach. While there are no level requirement to knock out a villager, the Bandit requires 55 and the Menaphite Thug level 65 Thieving.
