Patrick, the Observatory assistant, can be found in the reception building just north of the Observatory.

He and Professor Gronigen do not get along, but Patrick meekly follows along with the Professor's demands. If you talk to Patrick after completing the Observatory Quest, he will thank you and hand you a Jug of wine. Additionally, he will tell you Scorpius would be proud, at which your character is confused. He tells you to look at a book or "Check out old graveyards" referring to where you can find Scorpius.

If you talk to him again, you will act drunk, even if you have not yet consumed the jug of wine.
